Two words for all: stay away. I have ordered a webcam from \Shipi\ and received some smartphone camera ring stand instead. I have contacted the store immediately that day and never got a response to my email (to their official customer service email [email protected]), they also never answered any phone call and I've tried a few times. They also have a Customer Service WhatsApp with which I have contacted (and regret doing that now), where they constantly led me to nowhere, promising that \someone will call you tomorrow\ every few days, which of course never happened. I have chased them down almost on a daily basis, now it's at a point where they stopped replying... I can definitely tolerate late shipments, especially during the tough days, but this is a different case completely, of abysmal customer service.
